Whistleblowing
Reporting a possible violation: how and where to report information in the company.
Our company MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC AUTOMOTIVE CZECH s.r.o., in accordance with Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the protection of whistleblowers (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), allows you to submit a report on possible violation of legal regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Report").
Employees, former employees and persons performing volunteer activities, professional practice or internship in the company are entitled to file a Report. The company excludes the receipt of Reports from persons who do not perform work or other similar activities for the company as referred to in Section 2(3)(a), (b), (h) or (i) of the Act.
A Report may be filed:
- in writing to the following e-mail address: whistleblowing@meac.cz
- by telephone at tel. no. +420 724 109 058
- in person, whereby the request for a personal meeting shall be sent by the whistleblower to the aforementioned e-mail address, whereupon the competent person shall inform the whistleblower of the date of the personal meeting, which shall not be later than 14 days from the date of the request.
The notification may also be made orally or in writing via the Ministry of Justice's external notification system.

Further rules for the receipt and processing of Reports, as well as the regulation of other rights and obligations in relation to filing of the Reports, are specified in Rules of Internal Whistleblowing System of the company and in the Act.
