We spend most of our day at work, so it´s important to incorporate healthy habits into our work routine. A healthy lifestyle at the workplace brings many benefits, including better physical and mental health, increased productivity, and overall well-being.

At MEAC, we have long been committed to supporting the health of our employees. In addition to utilizing the gym, which we have had available for several years, we have recently introduced another space for relaxation and rest, called the RELAX ROOM. This cozy space is equipped with a couch, stools, bean bags, and a library with book sharing options. Also, there is a speaker available for music lovers.

Furthermore, each building has covered outdoor seating areas where employees can sit in the fresh air and enjoy the spring sunshine. Sun rays are the foundation of life, naturally supplementing vitamin D, which positively impacts immunity, bones, heart, and mental well-being.
