Development Courses 2025: Moving Forward Together!

From June to November, we ran 14 course topics, ranging from Change Management in the Digital Era, through Leadership and Effective Communication, to practical skills in MS Excel and MS Outlook. A total of 34 groups participated, representing dozens of hours invested in the personal and professional growth of our employees.

The NPO – Digi for the Company project focuses on further professional development, enhancing workforce adaptability and developing competencies needed for Industry 4.0, particularly in the area of digital skills.

Trained employees are already applying their new knowledge in daily practice. The most important takeaway is that investing in education delivers tangible results.

“Learning means having courage – the courage to admit that we don’t know everything, and the courage to want more. When we grow, our company grows too,” said Michaela Juriga-Zlesáková, Learning & Development Specialist.
